POLICY OF RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can cancel your order within 14
days with specific reasons for doing so.The said deadline of 14 days shall be counted from the date of delivery of goods to you or any third party appointed on your behalf to take the possession of the goods, except to the carrier.

Your money would be reimbursed within next 14 bank working days. The day shall be counted from the day we receive the refused consignment. For doing so you shall not be charged by means of payment of any fee.

Applicable condition of return

Prior to return, please make sure that
a) the goods were purchased in the last 14 days
b) the goods retain the original packaging and appearance

Non returnable goods
a) Personalized goods & goods made as per your specifications (specified goods).
b) Perishable goods and goods with date of expiry being over.
c) Goods those are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and had been unsealed after delivery.
d) Goods being inseparably mixed with other items.

 We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise/ consignment of goods not following the conditions.You shall be the bearer of the cost and risk of returning the goods to us at the following address:

Under no circumstances we can be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service yo be used by you for the goods meant to be returned. We shall be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts
For “marked gifts” being shipped directly to you  you’d receive a gift value against your return, to be acknowledged as gift certificates being mailed to you from our part (upon the receipt of the returned goods).
For unmarked goods as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we’d refund to the gift giver.
